First Responders Treatment Track
Individualized Treatment Plans Uniquely Designed To Fit Your Needs
AkuaStrong’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is used to address substance use and mental health disorders, or other dependencies that do not require round-the-clock supervision. This enables our clients to continue with their day-to-day lives with the goal of achieving everlasting sobriety.
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at AkuaStrong is geared towards clients who have successfully completed inpatient drug detoxification and are now ready for structured, focused treatment. We also work with primary mental health and primary substance abuse clients who are medically stabilized and able to contract for or maintain safety without 24/7 supervision.
The AkuaStrong Alumni Program establishes a social support network of recovering people and provides structure to help sustain emotional, physical and mental wellbeing following treatment. The Alumni Programs’ mission is to extend the AKUA Behavioral Health program beyond treatment by creating events and providing resources to strengthen the sense of connection that is essential to long-term recovery.

AkuaStrong is In-Network with most major health insurance companies, and we accept most PPO Policies. Once we’ve verified insurance coverage, we will schedule a clinical assessment with the patient, and determine the best method of providing care.
