Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab : Control Your Urges and Maintain Sobriety

Overcoming addiction is a very challenging phase of one’s life and becomes even more so when our clients return to their lives and responsibilities. After the successful completion of detoxification or primary care, AKUA’s Intensive Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab Program (OHANA) helps our clients maintain sobriety. Our unique holistic approach includes group and individual sessions in psychotherapy, relationship counseling, music therapy, meditation and more. At AKUA, we address the underlying issues related to substance abuse to help our clients build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

In the Hawaiian culture, OHANA means family. This concept emphasizes that as humans we are bound together throughout our lives, and that each member of the family must contribute to the whole. At AKUA, we refer to our Intensive Outpatient Rehab Program as OHANA to represent the spirit and culture of family. Our AKUA Model of Care provides clinical treatment methods to help make positive changes in our client’s lives.
