If you haven’t used illicit drugs or alcohol in the last seven days you may start directly in an IOP program (otherwise, you may go start in detox). Typically, IOP programs are specific to your needs and availability, but most range from 10-20 hours per week (a few hours per day). Our program provides a holistic environment with multiple types of therapies, skill classes, meditation, and education.
